DESCRIPTION:Join Asako Judson to learn about Korean rice cakes called tteok (pronounced “tok”) and a popular dish made with them called tteokbokki (pronounced “tok-bo-ki”). The ingredients and how they are used will be explained. Two versions will be demonstrated: a slightly spicy snack-style dish and another version that can be served as dinner.
