These weekly walks are a joint effort between Acton Conservation Trust and Acton Conservation Division. We’ll walk a different conservation area weekly. Check out the “I Hiked Acton’s Trails” Challenge form HERE for more information about the challenge.\n\n\n\nDate: Wednesdays from September 3 to November 19. Once you register\, the location of each hike will be sent out each Sunday before the walk.\n\nTime: 2:30-4:00 pm. DESCRIPTION:The Town of Acton has engaged a traffic engineering consulting firm to study feasible Complete Streets accommodations for the Stow Street corridor from the Stow town line to the Martin Street/ Stow Street/ Liberty Street intersection\, including the Jones Field Playground. \nThe purpose of this meeting is to gather public feedback on travel conditions for drivers\, cyclists\, and pedestrians through the corridor. All feedback and input regarding the public’s experience living and working along the corridor will be recorded and used to inform the design concepts. \nEngineers will be available to answer questions.
